Sylvanna James, C’2019

Sylvanna James, is a Paralegal with experience in Corporate and Litigation matters. In her role she also serves as the lead paralegal on various pro bono teams and is actively involved in the summer legal boot camp with students who are a part of BUILD Chicago, a non-profit organization that provides summer and after school programs to underserved youth on the west side of Chicago. In her free time she also serves as a board member and administrative assistant to an women empowerment organization by the name of SHE ROCKS IT and she also serves a mentor with I Mentor Chicago where she mentors junior and senior high school students as they navigate through high school and onto their post secondary journey(s). As an active member in the chapter, Sylvanna has served on the Founder’s Day committee and A Crystal Blue Evening committee.

In this role she will use her professional skills and sisterly love to help maintain the logistics and expectations needed for this role.
